NEW YORK — Citi is advancing the global rollout of its digital client platform, CitiDirect® Commercial Banking, integrating new features aimed at enhancing user experience. Launched in 2023, the platform is now serving more than 57% of Citi’s commercial banking clients worldwide.

The CitiDirect® platform provides a single entry point for clients, offering a comprehensive view of their banking relationship, which encompasses various services including Cash Management, Loans, Trade, Foreign Exchange (FX), Servicing, and Onboarding activities. With significant client engagement reflected in approximately 2.3 million sessions since its launch, the platform is operational in key markets including the U.S., Hong Kong, India, Singapore, the U.K., Canada, Australia, and Brazil.

The enhancements to CitiDirect® Commercial Banking aim to facilitate a seamless digital banking experience for mid-sized corporates by utilizing advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) functionalities. “Over the last two years, we’ve seen the platform evolve in new ways to support our clients as they focus on growing their businesses globally,” said Andrew H. K. S. Simplified Know Your Client (KYC) renewals are facilitated by a “one field, one-time” approach, which automates notifications and pre-fills information—greatly mitigating client efforts and risks associated with compliance.
